Fort Capital Acquires 16K-SF Houston Industrial Facility

DFW-based investment firm Fort Capital has acquired the Hercules Business Center, a 145,619-square-foot industrial facility in the Houston suburb of Webster, TX. The sales price was not disclosed.

At the time of sale, the facility was 68% leased to a roster of 29 tenants. Tenants include users in the engineering, automation, electronics and medical sectors.

Fort Capital was founded in 2005 as a Texas-based, privately-owned real estate investment firm. The seller was undisclosed.
