Former Washington Savings Bank Building Up for Sale

4201 Mitchellville Road, a five-story commercial office building in Bowie, Maryland, is listed for sale.

The property, previously the corporate headquarters for Washington Savings Bank, offers around 50,000 square feet of space. Currently 50% leased and occupied, the building is located along MD Route 301.

Owen Rouse and David McClatchy of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services are handling the sale on behalf of the seller. “This represents a rare opportunity to acquire a highly-visible corporate headquarters-quality asset in the heart of the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. corridor at significantly-below replacement cost,” said Rouse.
