Colt McCoy joins HPI

Former Texas Football Star to Head Up Fort Worth HPI Office

Real estate firm HPI has hired Colt McCoy, a former University of Texas and NFL quarterback. McCoy will launch the company’s new Fort Worth office. McCoy has been a friend of HPI for years, as his brother, Case, is a partner with HPI’s Tenant Advisory platform.

After a storied college career and 14 years in the NFL, McCoy is excited to finally put down roots. This next chapter is a deliberate step for McCoy professionally and personally: “It’s really the first time in my life I’ve been able to choose where I want to live without football dictating my home base. As a West Texas boy at heart, it feels good to be closer to home.”

HPI was founded in 1992 with four employees and one million square feet. Today, it employs over 200 people in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth, serving 900 clients across almost 30 million square feet.
