Former Sacramento-Area Blue Shield Campus Gains Two Tenants

ProEquity Asset Management and Solaris Capital have signed two new tenants at The Ridge at Town Center West, the former Blue Shield Campus in El Dorado Hills, CA. In July, Blue Shield arranged a sale-leaseback of the property, and Marshall Medical Center and PATRA have agreed to take 75% of the vacated space.

“We strongly believed in the quality and location of this campus and our ability to add value when we acquired The Ridge at Town Center from Blue Shield,” said ProEquity CEO Michael Turner. “The phenomenal response we’ve received from tenants validates that belief.”

Marshall Medical Center is under contract to purchase the building located at 4201 Town Center Boulevard, and will begin operating in summer 2024. Insurance services company PATRA, which will occupy one full floor, will move-in summer 2023. “The property’s visibility along Highway 50, a location near many of our employees and the quality of the facility made our decision an easy one,” said PATRA CEO John Simpson.
