Stephanie Polk Savills Miami

Former Real Estate Director at Office Depot Joins Savills in Miami

Industry veteran Stephanie Polk is joining Savills as a corporate managing director. Polk served as senior director of real estate for Office Depot from 2007 to 2021. She will be based in Savills’ Miami office but will operate across regions and work closely with national retailers. 

“Savills continues to emphasize and capitalize on opportunities to expand its capabilities via the acquisition of top talent,” said Janet Woods, South Florida lead for Savills. “Hiring Stephanie Polk reflects our commitment to ensuring that our occupier clients in every sector have seasoned, respected and knowledgeable market experts representing their every real estate need.”   

At Office Depot, Polk was part of the team that executed the development and implementation of the international retailer’s short- and long-term real estate strategies for its U.S. and international portfolios. Previously, she held roles at Giant Eagle, Inc., Lancore Realty, Inc., and Symcor Properties of Florida.
