Former Real Estate Director at Office Depot Joins Savills in Miami
Industry veteran Stephanie Polk is joining Savills as a corporate managing director. Polk served as senior director of real estate for Office Depot from 2007 to 2021. She will be based in Savills’ Miami office but will operate across regions and work closely with national retailers.

At Office Depot, Polk was part of the team that executed the development and implementation of the international retailer’s short- and long-term real estate strategies for its U.S. and international portfolios. Previously, she held roles at Giant Eagle, Inc., Lancore Realty, Inc., and Symcor Properties of Florida.
