Former Live Nation Offices Trade in Portfolio Sale

Newmark arranged the sale of 7060 and 7107 Hollywood Blvd., both located in Los Angeles’ Hollywood submarket. The properties sold for an undisclosed amount. 7060 Hollywood Blvd. is a 12-story, 177,359-square-foot office building, while 7107 Hollywood Blvd. is a 20,620-square-foot mixed-use building

Co-head of Capital Markets Kevin Shannon and vice chairmen Rob Hannan, Ken White, Laura Stumm and Michael Moll represented the undisclosed seller. Executive vice chairman Kevin Donner also assisted in the sale. The buyer was undisclosed.

Built in 1971, 7060 Hollywood Blvd. was largely occupied by Live Nation for the better part of the past 15 years and is currently anchored by Buffalo Wild Wings on the ground floor. 7107 Hollywood Blvd. is located on the northwest corner of the same intersection at Hollywood Boulevard and La Brea Avenue. The building benefits from LAR3 zoning, allowing for multifamily development.
