A sizable office campus in Plano is on the market. Parkside on Legacy is a 180,211-square-foot building that sits on 17.6 acres in Plano’s Legacy business park. Previously home to CrossMark, the property, which opened its doors in 2003 at 5100 Legacy Drive, was designed by Dallas-based Corgan. It is listed for sale at $22.5 million and for lease at $29 per square foot. The Dallas Business Journal reports that the property will likely be bid up.

Jack Crews, an independent broker representing the property’s owners, former CrossMark executives, is leading the sale, while Chris Wright with Colliers is managing leasing.

The campus has conference rooms and executive offices featuring balconies overlooking a lake. Amenities include two levels of underground parking, a cafeteria, walking trails and open green spaces for employee gatherings and corporate events.
