CREXi Taps Former Blackstone Exec, Opens Miami Office

Online commercial real estate marketplace CREXi has hung a shingle in Miami, FL. Eli Randel, formerly with Blackstone Invitation Homes, has been tapped to take on the role of director of business development for the new east coast office. Randel is charged with growing CREXi’s East Coast presence and sales, and will oversee the national sales team.

While with Blackstone, Randel served as director of dispositions, where he managed bulk dispositions on behalf of Invitation Homes. He has also served as director of capital markets at Cohen Financial, and vice president at Auction.com.

CREXi’s CEO and co-founder Mike DeGiorgio says, “With the incredible growth that we are experiencing at CREXi, we needed someone we trusted and knew first hand that [Randel] could help us grow operations quickly and efficiently.”
