Former Avalon Hotel in NoMad Markets for Sale 

The former Avalon Hotel in NoMad is listed for sale. The property, located at 16 East 32nd Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues, offers a blank slate for investors, as it will be delivered vacant with no management or flag.  

The property stands 12 stories tall, with 100 keys and 71,250 gross square feet. It features 65.5 feet of frontage on 32nd Street, three elevators, and an average weighted room size of 400 square feet. The C5-2 zoning district allows for various uses, including hotel, luxury office, residential, or student housing.  

Meridian Investment Sales, the commercial property sales division of Meridian Capital Group, is representing the seller in this transaction with a team led by David Schechtman, Lipa Lieberman and Abie Kassin.
