Developer converting amphitheater into Antioch mixed use project

Former Antioch Music Venue Converting to Residential, Commercial Space

Link Logistics is turning a former amphitheater in Antioch into a mixed-use venture with townhomes, retail, and industrial space.

The development will include 235 residential units, a mix of commercial uses including 25,000 square feet of leasable retail, restaurant and entertainment space and 500,000 square feet for warehouse and office uses.

The Nashville Business Journal reports the 65.32-acre property, located at 3839 Murfreesboro Pike, will also include a clubhouse and pool, a neighborhood park, a playground, a greenway trail and a venue park and pavilion for outdoor gatherings and entertainment.

There has been no activity at the site since 2007, when then-owner Live Nation Entertainment Inc. closed the 17,000-seat venue.
