Trevato redeveloping Allstate HQ into the Pondry

Former Allstate Campus Plans Disclosed

Rebranded as The Pondry, Trevato Development Group is redeveloping the former Allstate campus in Jacksonville. The project will add residential and retail space and maintain some office space. The current campus, with two buildings, will soon have 15.

An application filed with a local planning agency indicates the current eight-story and five-story connected office building at 1776 American Heritage Life Drive will remain with a slight reduction in office space to 192,836 square feet. The two-story building across the parking lot will be removed, and the developer will add 20,000 square feet of retail, 24 row houses, 36 townhomes and 190 condominium units.

The architect is Valerio Dewalt Train of Chicago. VIKA South LLC is handling the permit throughout the process.

Trevato Development Group purchased the former Allstate campus for $20 million in May 2023.

CBRE began branding the property as The Pondry in its office for lease post, stating the property “combines workspace, residential living, and commerce in a one-of-a-kind mixed-use ecosystem.”
