Former 43-Acre Kissimmee Tupperware HQ Hits the Market

CBRE is listing the 43-acre Tupperware campus at 3161 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee.

The property has roughly 216,601 square feet of office and industrial space across seven buildings.

Tupperware Brands Corp. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2024 and the campus was closed on the last day of the year. The Orlando Business Journal reports Tupperware previously sold and leased back the property in 2021 to O’Connor Capital Partners LLC, who then sold it that same year to Spirit Realty Capital Inc. for $43 million. Spirit Realty was acquired by Realty Income in 2024, which took over ownership of the site. Tupperware’s headquarters in the Orlando area dates back to the 1950s.

Potential uses for the site include warehousing, manufacturing, office, cold storage, heavy parking, outside storage or distribution.

The CBRE team behind the listing includes David Murphy, Monica Wonus, Jeff Gray and Lee Earle.
