Forge, Inc. Takes On a Bigger HQ Space with 24K-SF Lease in Newton
Avison Young has arranged a new 24,380-square-foot industrial/flex lease on behalf of Forge, Inc., at 66 Rowe Street in Newton, MA.
The home improvement solutions company will be relocating from 120 Leland Street in Framingham, MA citing growth that is prompting the need for larger headquarters. The new space will comprise 18,000 square feet of industrial and 6,000 square feet of office.
John Dolan and Jon Pezzoni of Avison Young represented the tenant in the negotiations while Liz Swanson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Calare.
“The company’s new lease represents the strong appeal of the suburban industrial market for companies looking to scale up in an accessible location near strong local talent,” said Dolan.
