The Fordham Real Estate Institute (REI) will host a panel of industry experts to help commercial real estate industry professionals prepare for future sustainability. “Sustaining the Future of Real Estate: Sticks, Bricks and Capital” is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 6, 9-11 a.m., at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus, 113 W. 60th St.

The event will be held in-person and also presented virtually and livestreamed. It will include two hour-long panel discussions.

The second panel, “Sustainable Lending and Investing,” will include perspectives on how capital sources are thinking about sustainability, obtaining funding for sustainable projects, and other solutions investors are implementing. Moderating will be Nuveen LLC’s Melissa Reagen.
