Fordham REI Adds New Members to Exec Advisory Council
The Fordham Real Estate Institute (REI) has added Ryan Severino, chief economist and head of U.S. research at BentallGreenOak, and Kenneth Morrison, managing member of Lemor Development Group, to its Executive Advisory Council (EAC).
The EAC comprises real estate industry and business leaders who work on enhancing the student experience, raising awareness of program offerings, and growing enrollment at REI’s campuses. Severino and Morrison join council members from firms like UBS, JLL, and Related Cos.
Severino’s extensive knowledge of economics and forecasting, along with Morrison’s experience in housing development and municipal collaboration, will help design programs reflective of the evolving real estate industry.
