Food Distributor Commits to Space at TCC’s Arsenal Trade Center

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and joint venture partner CBRE Investment Management have secured a 100,500-square-foot lease at Arsenal Trade Center, a three-building, nearly 1.1-million-square-foot logistics development in Sayreville, NJ. Essex Food Ingredients, a full-service distributor of high-quality industrial food ingredients, signed the new lease within Building 1, located at 49 Callahan Blvd. within the Arsenal complex. The company expects to occupy its new space by January 2026.

“Companies like Essex Food Ingredients are drawn to Arsenal because it offers modern, Class A industrial space with exceptional access to major transportation corridors, including the New Jersey Turnpike and proximity to the Port of New York and New Jersey,” said Jessica Fraser, an SVP with TCC.

Essex Food Ingredients was represented by Mindy Lissner, Mark Zaziski and Pat Decker of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord was represented by Tom Monahan, Larry Schiffinhaus and Brian Golden of CBRE.
