Fogelman Properties Taps Samantha Lange as Manager of Acquisitions

Privately-owned multifamily investment and property management firm Fogelman Properties has tapped Samantha Lange as Manager of Acquisitions.

Based in the firm’s Atlanta corporate office, Lange brings a proven history of multifamily loan originations experience to her new role at Fogelman. Lange will work closely with the SVP of Investments, Mike Aiken, and the transaction team in securing new investment opportunities throughout the Sunbelt and Midwest.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our newest team member to the Atlanta corporate office as we grow investment holdings and our transactional platform,” said Aiken. “Sam has extensive experience in the multifamily space, so we look forward to her contributions and insights in this role.”
