Fogelman Properties Promotes Kim Young, Adds Josh Siddon in Expansion of Tech Investment
Memphis, TN-based Fogelman Properties has promoted Kim Young to VP of shared services and appointed Josh Siddon as the company’s first VP of information technology. The roles are part of a larger strategic company investment in advancing technology.
Young has been with Fogelman for more than 15 years. In her new role, Young will oversee all business systems and provide strategic direction for property management software and new technology products. Young also leads the systems support and training, system administration and property management program teams.
Siddon is now responsible for creating, executing, and supporting the overall business strategy for information technology at Fogelman, including systems administration, data warehousing and telecom.
Prior to joining Fogelman, Siddon served as VP of IT at Old Time Pottery and as SVP of IT at Fred’s Inc., where he spearheaded the company’s digital transformation strategy and created a new vision for large IT functions.
Lisa McDuffie arrives at ConnectCRE via REALTOR® world, where she served for nearly two decades as communications director for one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® organizations. She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group.
When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
