The Moorings, as you might expect, is on the waterfront, in the seaside community of Clear Lake in League City. The 201-unit multifamily project has waterfront views, a fitness center and pool. Its rents run anywhere from $897-1,565. The development is 95% occupied and will continue to be managed by Fogelman.

Fogelman’s Mike Aiken says the project has some special attributes, “With access to top employers and school systems, as well as dining and entertainment, the community is well-suited to access boating and recreation literally at your doorstep.”
