Fogelman Properties Buys $24M Multifamily Property in Summerville

Memphis, TN-based Fogelman Properties has acquired Westbury Mews, a 132-unit garden-style multifamily property located in the Charleston submarket of Summerville, SC for $23.8 million.

Mark Boyce and Blake Coffey of Berkadia represented both the buyer and the seller, Burlington Capital Group, in the transaction.

Westbury Mews is located at located at 1425 Old Trolley Road and features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Community amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center and a playground. The property is proximiate to Summerville Medical Center, The Golf Club at Westcott Plantation and the shops and restaurants near Old Trolley Road.
