Will Drummond has joined Fogelman Properties in Memphis, TN as CFO.

Fogelman Properties Appoints Will Drummond as CFO

Memphis, TN-based Fogelman Properties, a privately owned multifamily investment and property management company, has appointed Will Drummond as CFO.

Drummond brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience to his new role. He joins Fogelman Property’s executive team and will be responsible for the company’s corporate finances, investment and property accounting and corporate planning.

Prior to joining Fogelman Properties, Drummond was the CFO at Envolve Communities, LLC, a multifamily real estate company, where he also served as chief accounting officer and VP of financial reporting and investor relations. Prior to Envolve Communities, Drummond was a senior manager at Ernst & Young, where he served within the assurance practice. He also was a financial reporting analyst for Education Realty Trust, Inc., a college-housing real-estate investment trust.

Fogelman Properties operates 96 multifamily communities totaling more than 30,000 apartment homes across 13 states.
