Focus on Mixed Use Leads to Promotion of Retail Associate
The development of retail/residential mixed-use properties has been center stage for the past 10 years and amplified even more so by state housing requirements. The pandemic further heightened residential appeal as homes became 24-hour environments for most.
Amid the pandemic, Coreland Companies, a Southern California shopping center management and leasing firm, collectively negotiated in excess of 100 deals in 2020 for more than 200,000 square feet of leased retail space. Within that focus, Coreland recently promoted Chris Premac to senior associate.
“Chris has proven to be a valuable asset to each of our clients, offering valuable industry insight and a commitment to successfully navigating lease negotiations,” said Matt Hammond, Coreland senior vice president and partner.
Since joining Coreland in 2017, Premac has expanded his portfolio of listings to include a variety of neighborhood centers, mixed-use developments and power centers positioned throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties.
