FLY E-BIKE Inks Distribution Center in Queens

The Davis Companies announced FLY E-BIKE as the newest tenant at the Pearl Building in Queens, NY. The 157,000-square-foot industrial property underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation, featuring upgraded distribution facilities, new loading docks, LED lighting, and façade restoration.

FLY E-BIKE signed a five-year lease for 52,000 square feet, using the space for product assembly. With 39 locations in the US, Canada, and South America, FLY E-BIKE plans to expand into Europe. Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership, and Pinnacle represented the tenant in the lease agreement.

“The New York City industrial market continues to show strong leasing activity, especially in strategic locations like ours, that allow tenants like FLY-E Bike to service its end users with ease,” said David Allen, senior vice president of Asset Management at Davis.
