Fluor moves 1,600 employees to Houston

Fluor Moving 1,600 Houston Workers into Granite’s Three Eldridge

Fluor Corporation has signed a full-building, 12-year lease at Three Eldridge in Houston’s Energy Corridor. The Houston Business Journal says Fluor will basically take over the building, occupying the entire 13-story, 308,000 square foot building at 737 N. Eldridge Parkway. They expect to make the move in the second quarter of 2024, taking all their approximately 1,600 employees. The building is part of the three-building group called Eldridge, owned since 2019 by Granite Properties, and upgraded in 2020. Fluor has occupied the office complex at Lake Pointe Plaza in Sugar Land since the 1980s.

The complex has a Customer Connection Center located in the middle of the complex, at Two Eldridge. The center has a greeting desk, coffee bar, space for an EATS café, a MOVE fitness center with virtual classes, lockers and showers, and three MEET conference rooms, including a training facility.

Fluor has 40,000 employees globally supporting clients in more than 60 countries that specialize in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects.
