Florida Value Partners Lands $20M Refi for 13 Dental Offices 

Florida Value Partners (FVP) has landed $20 million in financing to refinance a portfolio of 13 dental offices spanning six states. 

The portfolio covers a total of 58,371 square feet across locations such as Southfield and Clawson, MI; Easton, Reading, and Pottsville, PA; Fort Worth, TX; Panama City, FL; Columbia, Sumter, and Spartanburg, SC; and Montgomery and Opelika, AL.  

The transaction was facilitated by Meridian Capital Group’s New York City-based team, including Morris Betesh, Alex Bailkin, and Jacob Petrovic.
