  • Native Realty welcomed new Associates Jeff Dysart and Connor Gordon to the Native family. Dysart brings 12 years of diverse real estate experience to Native. He worked closely with developers and general contractors to implement large-scale multifamily projects throughout the tri-county area. At Native, Dysart will continue his multifamily specialization while also brokering retail, and industrial development transactions. Gordon will focus on industrial leasing and investment sales to support the increased demand for Native’s services from commercial real estate investors.
  • BEB Credit provided $13.53 million in acquisition financing for a 118,282-square-foot small-bay industrial portfolio in Miami and Port Saint Lucie, FL. Financing will be used to acquire the subject property for $17.1 million, fund a partial interest reserve, holdback funds for future TI/LC and capex, and cover closing costs.   
  • PRP Real Assets acquired The Place on Millenia, a 371-unit Class A multifamily property located in Orlando, Florida. Built in 2007 and partially renovated in 2021, The Place on Millenia offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units averaging over 1,100 square feet. The gated community features a pool, fitness center, private work-from-home offices, gaming area, and outdoor entertainment areas. PRP will implement a comprehensive plan to renovate two hundred classic units.
  • Ian Black Real Estate closed two deals this week totaling $35M: Manatee County purchased a 101,000-square-foot, partially furnished office building on 11.28 acres at 9000 Town Center Parkway in Bradenton for $23.5 million. The City of Venice purchased a 37,000-square-foot building on 4.7 acres at 1280 U.S. 41 Bypass South in Venice for $11.8 million.
  • Brook Farm Group announced plans to develop The Sinclair at Ellenton, a 217-unit Class A, garden-style multifamily community in Sarasota. The firm is partnering with First Horizon Bank as the construction debt provider and Fundrise as its preferred equity partner, with Brook Farm Group providing the common equity to complete the capitalization.
