  • Walton Global finalized the sale of 20 acres within the Ridgewood Lakes Master Plan in Davenport, Florida. The commercial parcel was acquired by BayCare, a not-for-profit healthcare system serving West Central Florida. BayCare plans to develop the site into a freestanding emergency department, as well as patient integration with the health system’s 16 hospitals. 
  • Alliance Residential Company opened The Club at Broadstone Marina Bay, the waterfront clubhouse that completes the 325-unit luxury apartment community in Tampa. Residents will enjoy a bayfront saltwater pool with cabanas, a rooftop lounge with sweeping views of Tampa Bay, a waterfront putting green, yoga lawn, bocce ball courts, a business lounge with private office studios, a reservable media lounge, and a fitness center.
  • Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 6,650-square-foot retail property at 21211-21215 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, Florida. The asset sold for $6,850,000, over $1,000 a square foot. Douglas Mandel and Marcus & Millichap’s Zach Levine and Cody Hershey marketed the property on behalf of the seller, OPH Realty LLC, and procured the buyer, Triarch Capital Group, Inc. 
  • Cedarwood Development has broken ground on Blue Heron Preserve, a 240-unit apartment community and the final phase of the three-part Blue Heron Living Community in Bradenton. The project is scheduled for Spring 2027. The community will house 696 units, making it one of the largest luxury apartment communities in the market.
