- Arcadia Real Estate Developers launched sales and leasing at Vitalis Tower, a seven-story medical and professional office development in Aventura. The tower is located at 21291 NE 28th Avenue on a 1.63-acre site, less than 100 yards from Aventura Hospital. Vitalis Tower will feature approximately 114,000 square feet of usable medical and professional office space, with suites starting at approximately 200 square feet and prices starting at $200,000, with the ability to combine units for spaces of up to 30,000 square feet.
- PGIM’s real estate investment group has provided over $100 million in fixed-rate financing to Continental Realty Corporation for the financing of two multifamily properties located in Tampa, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee. Details of the Tampa property include: Grand Reserve at Tampa Palms, a 390-unit garden-style multifamily property. Amenities include a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center and a dog-washing station. Grand Reserve additionally features a jacuzzi, tennis court and basketball court.
