- Avison Young brokered the sale of Blue Lagoon Shoppes, a 29,205-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 1101 NW 57th Avenue in Miami, Florida, for $28 million. Avison Young represented the seller, Keystone Holdings Group, in the disposition of the fully leased retail property to Elysee Investments. Avison Young Principals Michael T. Fay, John K. Crotty, David Duckworth and Brian C. de la Fé represented the seller. Mario Borda of Borda Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
- Flagler MAS AJP, a joint venture between MAS AJP and Flagler Healthcare completed the $16.3 million sale of MedSquare Port St. Lucie to Anchor Health Properties. Prior to closing the sale, the joint venture inked a lease expansion with Cleveland Clinic, a world-renowned, nonprofit multispecialty academic medical center, which has signed on to occupy the entire 68,000-square-foot Class A medical office development.
- Savills Q3 2026 Miami Office Market Report had a few notable takeaways: Miami recorded 1.1 million square feet of leasing activity in Q3, with Airport West, Brickell, Coral Gables and Downtown accounting for the largest shares of activity. Average asking rents increased 8.4% year over year to $68.46 per square foot, while Class A rents climbed 7.1% to $81.39. Overall, Miami’s office market continues to tighten, with expanding tenants and new-to-market demand competing for a limited supply of larger, high-quality blocks even as the development pipeline grows.
- Continuum Advisors, a national senior housing investment sales and advisory firm, has expanded its national institutional investment sales team with the hire of David Rieth as Director and promotion of Courtney Clyde to Director, both bringing experience with Blackstone portfolio companies to their roles at the Tampa-based brokerage.
