- Woodmont Industrial Partners, in partnership with the Butters Group, executed a seven-year lease with Alaris Aerospace Systems for 129,000 square feet at Corporate Logistics Center in Jupiter, Florida. Yuri Quispe and Peter Johnson of JLL represented the landlord in the transaction, and Lee Johnson of Florida Real Estate Growth Services represented the tenant.
- Fuqua Development has sold 4501 66th Street N in St Petersburg, Florida, to Granite Capital for $7.8 million. Katz & Associates’ Daniel Solomon and Jon Cashion represented the seller in the transaction. The two-tenant property is a 97,502-square-foot, newly remodeled center featuring national anchors Five Below and At Home. It’s shadow-anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.
- CB Square, a 73,100-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center, was acquired by PARE Investments. Core Investment Management was the seller. The price was $11.2 million. The property is located at 9333 Atlantic Blvd. in the Regency Mall trade area of Jacksonville, FL. Colliers’ Brad Peterson and Whitaker Leonhardt represented the seller, Core Investment Management, in the transaction. Built in 2004 and renovated in 2018, CB Square is anchored by Aldi and Ashley HomeStore Outlet. The center was 100% occupied.
