  • Gale Miami Hotel & Residences appointed James D’Agostino as its new Complex General Manager. In addition to his new responsibilities at Gale Miami, he continues to serve as General Manager of Gale South Beach, underscoring his commitment to the growth and excellence of the Gale Hotels portfolio. D’Agostino began his hospitality career as a bellman at the Sagamore Hotel and spent 16 years rising through the ranks to become general manager.
  • Adam Palmer has joined CBRE in Naples as an Executive Vice President. Palmer will focus on providing sales and leasing services to investors and occupier clients across all property sectors in Southwest Florida. Palmer has over 20 years of industry experience and joined CBRE from LQ Commercial Real Estate Services where he served as Principal and Managing Director.
  • Colliers added Jessica Sirianni, J.D., a former commercial real estate attorney with several years of industry experience, as an office services associate in Central Florida. As a member of the Solik-McKeever Office Services Team, Sirianni will provide added value in evaluating risks, negotiating lease terms and finding strategic solutions for renewals, relocations and acquisitions. Prior to joining Colliers, Sirianni served as an associate attorney at ShuffieldLowman. 
  • Berkadia secured a $33.3 million loan for the acquisition of Gateway on 4th Apartments, a 304-unit multifamily asset in St. Petersburg, Florida. Berkadia originated a Freddie Mac-backed fixed-rate loan with a five-year term and three-years interest-only. Built in 1974 and located at 501 116th Avenue, Gateway on 4th Apartments consists of 32 two-story apartment buildings on a 15-acre site.
  • Hernandez Development is bringing a $17.6 million investment to Opa-Locka with the official groundbreaking of a new self-storage facility. The project is expected to be completed by June 2026. The construction loan was provided by Andover Properties, with Cushman & Wakefield serving as the exclusive broker on the transaction.
