  • Miami, FL — Kurv Industrial appointed Camilo Rios as SeniorVice President, Development, Miami region. He will oversee Kurv’s development activities across the region, where the firm has acquired more than 800 acres across 24 transactionssince 2012 with more than 12 million square feet of Class A industrial space delivered orcurrently under construction. Mr. Rios brings over 20 years of development experience across the South Florida market, with a history of successfully advancing complex industrial projects and navigating the unique dynamics of the region. He has expertise in land acquisition, entitlement, construction, and project delivery.
  • Berkadia arranged the sale of Orchid Run, a 282-unit luxury garden-style multifamily community located in Naples, Florida. Matt Mitchell and Chris Burtner of Berkadia North & Central Florida arranged the sale on behalf of an affiliate of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. The property was acquired by Cardone Capital.
  • MDH Partners acquired Sawgrass Distribution Center, a 131,800-square-foot industrial building in Sunrise, marking the firm’s return to South Florida. JLL represented the seller. The deal follows MDH’s recent purchase of Lakeland Commerce Center, 557,100 square feet, also in Florida.
  • EōS Fitness has signed a long-term retail lease for a 40,000-square-foot location in Gainesville, Florida, marking the company’s first location in this market. Expected to begin construction in 2027, EōS will serve as a major anchor tenant in The Commons at Celebration Pointe, a prominent, mixed-use destination located at 4354 SW Archer Road.
