- PEBB Enterprises and Banyan Development, owners of the Shoppes at Southern Grove project in Port St. Lucie’s master-planned Tradition community, added home improvement retailer Lowe’s. Construction of the 134,000-square-foot Lowe’s store at Shoppes at Southern Grove is underway, with a projected opening in 2026.
- Partner Valuation Advisors LLC added Michael Robinson as a Managing Director, supporting the firm’s operations in both Florida and the New York metropolitan area. Robinson brings nearly 35 years of expertise to Partner’s rapidly expanding East Coast platform. His notable assignments include the Seagram Building at 375 Park Avenue, the retail component of the Time Warner Center, 425 Park Avenue, and 432 Park Avenue, once the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere.
- Panattoni Development Company is pleased to announce that Clifton Coffey has been named Partner in Florida. Coffey joins Panattoni with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate finance. Prior to joining Panattoni, Coffey most recently worked with Link Logistics Real Estate, Blackstone’s US Logistics Platform, serving as Managing Director of Investments and Development within the Southeast region.
- Cushman & Wakefield announced that it represented IP Capital Partners and The Ardent Companies in the $33.6 million sale of Del Mar Medical Park to Cypress West in partnership with TPG/Angelo Gordon. Located at 7301 and 7301A W. Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton, Del Mar Medical Park consists of two medical office buildings totaling 101,546 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team led by Scott O’Donnell headed up the transaction on behalf of IP Capital Partners.
- RKW Residential added three new management assignments to its South Florida portfolio: Blu Atlantic in Delray Beach, Atlantica at Dania Beach, and Falls at Marina Bay in Fort Lauderdale. Together, the communities total 671 apartment units.
- Avison Young has hired Nikki Traff as Principal in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. With 20 years of experience in retail landlord representation, Traff will be instrumental to Avison Young’s strategic expansion efforts of its retail services platform throughout South Florida.
- Robin L. Webb, CCIM, passed away at home on August 19 at age 78, surrounded by family. The 2017 global president of the CCIM Institute, as well as President of CCIM Technologies and the CCIM Foundation, a longtime Senior CCIM Instructor and the co-creator of the Site to Do Business analytics platform, Webb was the Principal of Commercial America Properties, his boutique firm serving investment and hospitality clients. Services will be held on Monday, Sept. 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Orlando, Henry Chapel, 3000 S. John Young Pkwy., Orlando, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Robin L. Webb to the Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation and the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.
