  • Skanska promoted Frank Longo, a 20-year company executive, to the role of vice president – account manager in South Florida. Longo will continue to lead all projects he previously managed as vice president – project executive. In his new role, he will also drive the growth of Skanska’s project pipeline and manage client relationships across the firm’s core markets of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, overseeing projects from preconstruction through construction.
  • Greg Rainey has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director. One of the top multifamily investment sales advisors in North Florida, Rainey joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida multifamily advisory group. Rainey joins Cushman & Wakefield from Berkadia, where he began his commercial real estate career as an intern while attending Florida State University and rose to Senior Director.
  • JLL Capital Markets arranged the sale of The Preserve, a newly constructed Class A+ 192-unit luxury multifamily community located near Downtown Jacksonville, Florida. JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Becovic Management Group. The buyer was Safe Harbor Investments, LLC. JLL Capital Market’s Investment Sales and Advisory team representing the seller was led by Managing Directors Cliff Taylor and Joe Ayers, Director Ryan Hixon and Associates Mike Scott and Tucker Brooks.
  • Minto Communities USA, a developer of new home communities throughout Florida and South Carolina, has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Promenade at Coconut Creek, a mixed-use center near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Minto has taken on 15,530 square feet of Class A office space, approximately one-fifth larger than its previous Coconut Creek office, which it occupied for more than 20 years.
