  • LQ Commercial announced the addition of Nick Matson, a commercial real estate associate and influencer, to its team of rising stars.Matson has built a strong personal brand across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Nick recently joined the team and will focus on retail, office and industrial sales and leasing across Southwest Florida.
  • Lee & Associates Greg Milopoulos and Christian Baena concurrently brokered a sale and lease at the same industrial property in Pompano Beach, Florida. The 45,000-square-foot industrial building at 1290 SW 30th Ave. was sold for $8.65 million to Alliance HP Investments, LLC. While working through the sale and due diligence period, Milopoulos secured a full-building tenant, East Coast Cabinetry, with the assistance of the tenant’s broker Richard Abraham. 
  • In a new Savills report, data shows in Q2 2025, average office rents in Miami-Dade County soared to $62.61 per square foot, a 14.4% year-over-year increase and up more than 55% over five years. High-demand submarkets are leading the charge: Miami Beach is nearing $110/sf, Brickell is at $92, and Wynwood-Design District hits $82, while areas like South Dade and Airport West remain under $40/sf.
  • SRS Real Estate Partners brokered the $4.8 million ground lease (land ownership) sale of a newly constructed single-tenant medical office property occupied by Florida Health Care Plan, Inc. located at 2655 LGPA Boulevard in Daytona Beach, FL. The asset is corporately guaranteed and features a brand-new 20-year absolute triple-net (NNN) lease, offering long-term stability and zero landlord responsibilities. SRS Capital Markets Patrick Nutt and William Wamble worked on the deal. 
  • Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 3,292-square-foot net-leased former Burger King with a drive-thru in Miami Springs, Florida. The transaction completed a three-property assemblage totaling $15,500,000. M&M’s Scott Sandelin helped find the sellers and Jorge Ruiz of Premier Properties represented the buyer in all three transactions.
