  • RIPCO Real Estate announces the hiring of Gene Ruiz as a Senior Associate. Gene brings extensive experience in the retail commercial real estate sector, with expertise in Landlord and Tenant representation. He will be based in RIPCO Real Estate’s Tampa, Florida office. As a Senior Associate, Ruiz will oversee the Central and Coastal Florida markets, specializing in retail sales and leasing.
  • Marcus & Millichap is shifting its local operations and bringing together the company’s Jacksonville offices under one roof in Ponte Vedra Beach. The national commercial real estate investment brokerage and capital markets services firm has two offices on the First Coast — one at 5200 Belfort Road and another at 818 A1A North, which houses the company’s institutional property advisory group. The national company aims to add five to eight additional advisors and another staff member in 2025.
  • The NRP Group expanded its third-party construction team with the appointment of Kevin Glenn to Vice President of Construction Business Development for Florida. Prior to his appointment at The NRP Group, Glenn served as the Vice President of Business Development at Coastal Construction Company and Austin Commercial in Tampa, Florida.
  • Ferber announced the recent promotion of Teresa Grashof to Executive Vice President of retail Development Services. Teresa brings over 30 years of real estate experience, including 17 years in Business Development and Leasing at Ferber.
  • Steve Griggs has been brought in as Development Manager of the Caribbean Division at GreenPointe. Griggs brings more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions, entitlements, community design, land development and construction to GreenPointe.
