Florham Park Medical Office Building Sold for $5M

Desai Holdings has acquired 10 James Street, an approximately 18,000-square-foot medical office building in Florham Park, NJ., for a final sale price of $4.62 million from The Silverman Group.

This fully leased medical office building is situated on 1.19 acres in the central business district of Florham Park, surrounded by corporate and medical office occupiers. It’s located near Route 24 and Interstates 80, 280, and 287, as well as Morristown Airport.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Frank DiTommaso, Andy Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller and procured the buyer.
