Floor & Décor Nabs 80K SF at Park Air 59

Floor & Décor signed on as the third retailer at Park Air 59, a 111-acre, mixed-use development in Humble, TX, northeast of Houston. The tenant signed a 79,864-square-foot lease for a single-tenant building that will be built on 5.5 acres at U.S. 59 and Will Clayton Parkway.

Archway Properties, Park Air 59’s landlord and developer, was represented by Austin Alvis with NewQuest Properties and Preston Cunningham of Cunningham Ventures. Jeff Kittleson and Matt Keener with CBRE were the tenant representatives.

The prelease takes Park Air 59 to 1.2 million square feet of committed, built and under construction space. “Development of Park Air 59 has really exploded in 2018,” Alvis said, adding that less than 21 acres of the original 111 remain. “We expect those to be committed by the end of 2019,” he said.
