Floor & Décor Backfills Former Burlington Store in Webster

Floor & Décor has executed a retail lease for 91,110 square feet at the Clear Lake Center in Webster. The newly remodeled shopping center returns to 99% occupancy after Burlington’s lease expired a few months ago.

No official opening date has been announced. However, the property’s ownership reportedly is planning to open before the end of the year.

Doug Freedman of United Equities represented the landlord, Clear Lake Center L.P. Joan Collum of Collum Commercial represented the tenant.

The flooring specialty retailer also has stores in Katy and Humble, along with locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio markets.
