Flo Trend Finds Space in Far North Houston
Specialty fabricator Flo Trend signed a lease for 46,150 square feet in Houston’s far north submarket. The company is using the warehouse/office space at 1400 Kowis St. for its headquarters and operations.
NAI Partners’ Chris Caudill and Joel Michael represented the landlord, NRE LLC. Stephen Schneidau with Cushman and Wakefield and Bill Schneidau with Independent Real Estate Commercial represented the tenant, Flo Trend. The tenant provides wastewater treatment equipment for municipalities, as well as the utilities and petrochemical industries. Services include dewatering, filtration, separation and mixing.
The Houston-based landlord acquired the 2.5-acre property property in 2009. The three-building asset delivered in the mid-1970s, fronts the Hardy Toll Road, and was once owned by Houston Coca Cola Bottling and Austin Coca Cola.
