Flix Brewhouse Taking Space at Co-Op District

Flix Brewhouse will be taking place at the Co-Op District, a 25-acre, 500,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Hutto, TX. The movie-theater chain, which offers dining options and in-house brewed craft beer, will be 39,000 square feet. The location will also be the first movie theater in Hutto, a northern suburb of Austin.

According to Flix’s Senior Vice President Real Estate and Brand Development Matt Silvers, the theater will offer “alternative programming,” in addition to the “beer, movies and food.”

Flix Brewhouse is the second tenant for the development, which is north of SH 79 and west of downtown Hutto. Southside Market & Barbeque is scheduled for an April 1, 2019 opening. MA Partners of Austin is the developer working on the $200 million project.
