Flintco Wants More Space, Signs Relocation Lease
Flintco LLC, requiring more space, signed a lease for 14,373 square feet at the Overlook at Barton Creek, 317 Grace Lane in Austin. The commercial contracting firm, headquartered in Tulsa, OK, will vacate its current single-tenant building at 8100 Cross Park Dr. in northeast Austin’s Walnut Creek development.
Nate Stricklen and Erin Morales with CBRE represented Flintco. Patrick Ley with Equitable Commercial Realty advised the landlord.
“Flintco continues to experience rapid growth in their Austin office, which includes relocations by some members of the executive team,” Morales said. “With this office move, Flintco is able to design a space that sustains future growth.”
The 53,091-square-foot Overlook at Barton Creek offers private balconies, a greenbelt setting and proximity to the Hill Country Galleria.
