FlightAware Doubles its Space
Aircraft tracking flight company FlightAware will double in size, leasing 24,500 square feet at 11 Greenway Plaza for its global headquarters. The company, which currently occupies 12,000 square feet at 8 Greenway, will relocate to the 29th floor of its new building, located in Houston’s Inner Loop.
Neil Tofsky and Kevin Tofsky, with Senterra Real Estate Group, represented the tenant, and is handling FlightAware’s buildout. J.P. Hutcheson with Parkway Inc. provided in-house representation on behalf of the landlord. Gensler designed the new offices.
Greenway Plaza, a mixed-use development in Houston’s Inner Loop, has 10 office buildings totaling 4.2 million square feet. The buildings are being acquired by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, as part of a $1.2 billion deal to buy the Parkway company.
