Flight at Tustin Legacy Strikes a Balance Between Shared and Focused Work

Nogin’s 20,000-square-foot headquarters at the creative office campus FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy is now complete. The campus strikes a balance between shared and focused work, and recently won Gold Nugget’s Grand Award for Best Commercial Project under 20,000 square feet.

It includes a mix of workspaces spanning private offices, open huddle areas, conference rooms, a lunchroom, a large lobby, and various break-out areas for impromptu meetings, according to Susan Dwyer, principal and corporate studio director at H. Hendy Associates, an interior architecture and strategic workplace firm.

“As innovative companies continue to adopt the New Generation Space – a purpose-built environment tailored for a hybrid workforce – we couldn’t be prouder of the space we helped Nogin design and bring to life,” said Dwyer. “Armed with a blank office canvas, our team took advantage of being able to architecturally reinvent the space to serve as inspirational work neighborhoods for each department.”

Throughout the space, Hendy introduced the world’s largest fashion capitals – Paris, Milan, Tokyo and London – as inspirational work neighborhoods, incorporating materials and features that capture the essence of each fashion market.
