“As part of Mayfair in the Grove’s transformation from a mixed-use office and retail complex to an innovative campus, we are excited to welcome Industrious to our community.” said Timo Kipp, Owner of Whalou Properties. “Industrious’ presence brings an innovative and collaborative spirit that has only enhanced the appeal of this great Miami neighborhood. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Industrious and the impact we will make together in the future.”

Industrious builds networks of premium office locations to support modern workplace preferences. This model fosters the ability of choice, allowing employees the option to work at a smaller satellite location closer to home.
