Hospitality industry innovator WaterWalk recently introduced its newest property under the brand’s Gen 2.0 model, WaterWalk Boise – Meridian. Located at 88 North Olson Avenue, the upscale property has posh extended-stay amenities with both fully furnished “Stay” and ready-to-furnish “Live” units.

WaterWalk Boise – Meridian is centrally located just a short drive from downtown Boise and surrounded by high-traffic retail, dining, parks and attractions. The 126-room property features 76 fully furnished units and 50 ready-to-furnish units that range in size from studios to two-bedroom spaces.

WaterWalk’s robust pipeline is on track to double its portfolio size in 2024 and consists of several Gen 2.0 projects under construction and additional properties under development in Arizona, Florida and Alabama. “WaterWalk has been on a path of exponential growth across the country, and the addition of our newest property in Meridian marks our furthest reach West so far,” said Stephen Armstrong, SVP of WaterWalk Brand.
