Flexible Living, Travel Platform Adds Dallas, Austin Options

The Guild has added two Texas locations to its offering of modern, furnished apartments set in popular locations to its portfolio.

In Dallas, the Guild has added 212 Melba. Situated in the Bishop Arts District, the 55-unit multifamily property places a large emphasis on flex work and a travelers lifestyle. Units within the project range from studios to two-bedrooms.

In Austin, The Lofts on 5th has been added to the lineup. The Lofts are slated to open for business in June. The property contains 10 short-term rental units and as many as 7 extended-stay units, all furnished. Overlooking 6th Street, the Lofts offer an industrial feel that includes polished concrete floors and exposed venting and pipes.

Nationwide, The Guild currently offers over 2,000 rentals units across five states and hopes to expand that number to 10,000 by the end of 2023.
