Flex Portfolio in Plantation Trades for $10M

Avison Young arranged the $9.7-million sale of a fully-leased office and industrial portfolio in Plantation. The two-property portfolio spans 96,238 square feet of space at 1700 and 1800 N.W. 66th Ave. within the Plantation Technology Park.

Located off of Sunrise Boulevard between University Drive and Florida’s Turnpike, the portfolio is anchored by tenants Cadogan Tate Miami, Broward County Department of Revenue, and BrightStar Credit Union.

David Duckworth, John Crotty, Michael Fay, Brian de la Fé and Berkley Bloodworth of Avison Young represented the seller, COFE Properties, in the transaction. The buyer was Finance and Acquisitions LLC.
