Flex Office Owner Seeks to Sell in Detroit Metro

CBRE has been hired by Ricardo Inc. as the exclusive listing agent for 40000 Ricardo Dr. in Van Buren Township, MI, within the Detroit metro area. Ricardo is looking to sell the 76,363-square-foot property and relocate, or consider a sale-leaseback instead.

Gregg Loichinger and Brandon Carnegie will handle the listing for CBRE.

Located with immediate access to I-275 and Ecorse Road, the office building provides connectivity to the greater Detroit area. The property consists of approximately 52,000 square feet of office on two floors and 24,234 square feet of warehouse space.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for a firm that would like to secure a well-located headquarters site with minimal build-out effort involved,” said Loichinger. “The possibility of having an exisiting tenant in place as well makes the property even more attractive, by mitigating certain ownership risks.”

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
