Flats at West Village Targets Moderate-Income Homebuyers
Trumark Homes has kicked off sales of its inaugural affordable housing community in Brea, the Flats at West Village, developed in partnership with the city of Brea. Its goal is to provide attainable housing options to moderate-income homebuyers.
The collection will be comprised of 20 stacked income-qualified flats priced from the low $300,000s. Eight floor plans ranging from 791 to 1,624 square feet will offer one to three bedrooms and one to two bathrooms. Socially distant tours and sales will be open to approved buyers.
Located on the southwest corner of West Central Avenue and Site Drive, the community sits across from a new one-acre community park and a recently completed four-story medical office building.
Commuting residents will have direct access to the 57 freeway. The community’s central location also offers residents a variety of recreation and entertainment options, hiking trails and shopping at the Brea Mall. The flats are slated for completion in the first quarter of 2021.
